2. Booking Inquiries and Quotations

Our online platform facilitates inquiries for our catering services. Submitting a booking inquiry does not constitute a confirmed order. All inquiries are subject to availability and formal quotation. Upon receipt of your inquiry, a Lumina Bites representative will contact you to discuss your specific needs and provide a detailed quotation. Confirmation of an order is only valid after a signed agreement and/or deposit as agreed upon in the quotation.

3. Payments and Deposits

Specific payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment schedules, will be outlined in your individual service agreement or quotation. All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. Lumina Bites reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies will be clearly stated in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made within a specified period before the event date may incur charges or result in forfeiture of deposits. We aim to be flexible but require sufficient notice for any changes.

5. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

We take dietary requirements and allergies very seriously. It is the client's responsibility to inform Lumina Bites of any specific dietary needs, allergies, or intolerances for all guests at the time of booking or during the menu finalization process. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies are advised to exercise caution.

You agree to use our online platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our site.
